  • We are the Liberal Democrats for the City of Bristol. We cover all 34 wards in Bristol from Henbury to Hengrove and cover the 4 consitutuencies of Bristol East, Bristol North West, Bristol South and Bristol West. 

  • You can find all your Liberal Democrat councillors and their emails here however if you do not have a Lib Dem councillor you can still ask any of ours for assistance or email your councillor which you can find here

  • Our 2021 manifesto was what all candidates stood on in the last local elections. You can view the ideas for the city here. We exist to build and safeguard a fair, free and open society, in which we seek to balance the fundamental values of liberty, equality and community, and in which no one shall be enslaved by poverty, ignorance or conformity.

  • There are many ways to get involved in the Liberal Democrats, you can help from delivering local leaflets to talking or calling voters to just displaying a poster at election time. If you would like to help please fill out this form or if you would like to help deliver local leaflets you can speak directly to your councillors here.

  • In 2005 the Bristol Liberal Democrats were the first party to outst a Labour administration in Bristol, a minority administration was held until 2007 under Baroness Janke, the Lib Dems then took control again in 2009 till 2013. Stephen Williams was the MP for Bristol West from 2005-2015 where he held positions in Government.
